Rocky Mountain Sea Food in Afton

Wouldn't typically expect to be blown away by a seafood restaurant in Afton. Be prepared to be blown away. I had seared Tuna, paid $12 for it, and can't recommend it enough. Highly recommend their specialty shrimp bread. My oh my. Very good food....

Great small seafood restaurant. Offers fish and chips made with whatever they have in stock, including haddock, cod, salmon,etc. Other fish available depending on the season. Order at the counter and food delivered to your table when ready. Very informal. Street parking. Food is fresh and great.

Best seafood I have had in Utah and Wyoming make an amazing salmon fish and chips

You wouldn't expect to find such great, fresh, delicious seafood in Afton Wyoming, but it's there! What a surprise! It's an order at the counter then take a seat kind of place. So, don't expect a fancy sit down seafood restaurant. You pick the fish you want and they cook it fresh to order. It comes with coleslaw and french fries. Tonight I had the blackened halibut. It was cooked perfectly. My husband had the fried cod basket. There are other options to choose from. But the fish and chips baskets seem to be the most popular choice. I highly recommend it.

Great family friendly and food

Fresh hot plate of your favorite 🐚 fish or other seafood dish at a very reasonable cost. We go here as often as I can and never had a bad meal, or a bad experience. Seafood flown in fresh what you're looking for, then look no further. It's always busy, but well worth the wait 😀.

This is the best seafood I've had in Wyoming, and is surprisingly great for a land locked state

My family always looks forward to eating here. I'm not big on coleslaw, but the coleslaw here is very good. The crab cakes are good, and the baked salmon is very good. Definitely worth a visit if you're eating out in Afton.

Maybe the best seafood in town , no one wears masks in the midst of pandemic.

The service was good, the Ahi meal was excellent and the social distancing was maintained. However the employees were not wearing masks.

Best seafood in the Rockies! Fresh seafood flown in weekly cant beat the taste or the price. Everything I have eaten on the menu is fabulous. Homemade slaw and chowder is to die for!

Wonderful food. Best crabcakes I can remember having. French fries are hand cut and nice and crispy. Ahi tuna cooked perfectly, seared and raw inside served with wasabi. Coleslaw was excellent too. Prices very reasonable. Excellent cooks. Wish I could eat there often. All seafood is fresh and they make their own batters.

Awesome fish and chips! We got the halibut fish n chips and onion rings. Everything was outstanding! Fish was hot and made to order. Fries are big and taste great! (No fry sauce, just ketchup 😐) FYI when you order they ask if you want to leave a tip on the card, I did cuz it's awkward to say no😂 but it's a self serve joint. No table service at all. Get your own condiments, drinks, to-go boxes, and bus your own table.

These oysters were so huge! The calamari strips are my absolute favorite. Very tender and nothing like the usual chewy, rubbery pencil erasers I've had at other restaurants. Perfection! And there is no shortage of clams in the clam chowder.

We drove over two hours to come here for a family members birthday because she wanted clam strips. They were all out of clam strips. The calamari and shrimp bread was good but my wife did not like her shrimp or the clam chowder. I got chicken tacos and it was the most disappointing thing I have probably ever eaten. All it was was two tacos with one chicken strip and cabbage on a tortilla for over $9! We both left disappointed but everybody else seemed to enjoy their food.

Absolutely the best seafood around. Fresh fish, friendly staff , delicious choices and beautiful valley. This is a must when you're in Afton, Wyoming.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE. been coming here for years and it’s a must have for every trip. The salmon Parmesan is my favorite by far. The fries are awesome and service is good. It sometimes takes a while so be patient!! Good food isn’t fast and fast food isn’t good!

This is a place you can walk in hungry, and walk out very happy and satisfied! Their fish is flown in fresh daily. I haven't enjoyed fresh seafood like that unless I have been near a coast. It was a great experience!

Solid little fish place in Western Wyoming. We all got whatever was freshest of the day that happened to be fried. We'd go again. Surprisingly busy with limited seating.

This place has the best seafood that's not near a coast! It's usually a little wait but so worth it! Very friendly service! I'd recommend the cod parmesan!

Waited 35 minutes for the SMALLEST portion on food. The bill was close to $ 30 for 2 people and we had water to drink

Outstanding!!! I got their coconut shrimp fish and chips. Coleslaw is amazing. Shrimp and fries were amazing. The tartar sauce was amazing. My wife's Salmon fish and chips was amazing. Yes. This place is amazing.

Amazing service and even better food. Perfect sized portions of everything make a very filling and balanced meal. Do yourself a solid and get the shrimp bread.

This place is great, who would have thought a seafood place of this quality in Afton Wyoming. Every time I drive through Afton I schedule that I will be there at lunch or dinner time. I never miss.

The salmon was cooked to perfection. Great seafood baskets. The fries were really good with malt vinegar. If they are busy make sure you order your food while waiting because that is how they assign seating. They do have a steak for those who don't love seafood.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. If you are in the area, this place is worth a stop.

Superb seafood, fresh daily. Today I had oyster stew it only had 3 oysters but each was well over a pound I didn't even make it to my Calamari steak.Best and freshest seafood I've had anywhere. Right here in Afton Wyoming.

No other place will compare. It's my favorite fish and chips restaurant. When I order from other places I am always disappointed because it isn't as good as Rocky mountain seafood. Coleslaw has never been my favorite salad but I look forward to eating it here. I love their coleslaw. Try it out you won't be disappointed
